I, nor anyone in my immediate family,  recognize this young man. There are no markings on the photo other than the Echard Studio logo. The picture was in a box belonging to my grandmother Gladys Angel- Murphy- Parker or my great-grandmother Ola Brice Garner- Angel. Both lived and raised their families in the Cloverdale, Alabama area. If anyone can help identify him, I would appreciate it.

I don't have any idea where this cemetery is, but it could be in either Lauderdale County, Alabama or Lawrence County, Tennessee. It was in my Grandmother Myrtle Brown Littrell's pictures.  It has her brother's name, Arthur Brown, on the back.  I'd really love to know where it is. Please contact me if you know.

This is an old school picture. My grandmother, Lura Smith,  is in the back row, number 8 from the left.  I think it was probably made about 1907, but I don't know the name of the  school. I am sure it was made in Lauderdale County.

I have inherited my foster grandmother's collection of old photos. Most of them have no identification on them. Are these ladies in your family?

Can you identify this man and woman? These pictures were in the bottom of a trunk belonging to Mary Ellen (Thrasher) Whitten. She moved to Texas, but most of her family remained in Alabama. Because of the size of the pictures (16 X 20), it is likely that they are either Thrasher or Whitten relatives. If you can identify either picture, please contact me. Thanks!

SOLVED!! Diana Walters has identified these photos as her great-great-great-grandpa Richard Kimbrough and (most likely) his mother. Per Diana, "He lived in Florence Alabama. His Richard A Kimbrough grew up to be the county Commissioner of Florence Alabama.  Richard A. Kimbrough married Florence Fowler and they bought the Smith Plantation in 1928 when my grandmother was 4."

I have no idea who these children might be. The photo was with my mother's pictures. My mother's father was a Murphy and her mother a Spires.
